Refund Policy

Thank you for trusting bridjd for your coaching needs. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing any of our services or programs.

All sales of coaching services (including but not limited to one-on-one sessions, coaching packages, group coaching, and digital programs) are final and non-refundable.

• No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to attend sessions (if the cancellation notice is not provided as per the policy below), dissatisfaction with results, or unused sessions within a package.

• Commitment: By purchasing any service from bridjd, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully committed to the process and understand this strict no-refund policy.

Life is going to life and we understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. We require adequate notice for all cancellations or requests to reschedule an appointment.

• Required Notice: You must notify bridjd or your service provider via email or the designated scheduling system at least twenty-four (24) hours or more prior to your scheduled coaching session to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend (no-show) your scheduled session, the session will be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit. The session will be deducted from your package or considered delivered.
